Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including any promotional materials received.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
